This public packet is not a self-contained offline recomputation. Third-party
raw snapshots, derived warehouse files, and preserved v2 comparison material
are deliberately excluded. The source registry and manifest identify the
frozen inputs; the complete preserved research tree can rebuild the v3 run
without changing its parameters.
The included tests are inspectable specifications in this packet; they
execute only against that complete preserved research tree.
